ABSTRACT
Torsion of the fatty appendage of the falciform ligament is very rare disease that develop acute abdominal pain. Ultrasound or computed tomography(CT) can be used to diagnose torted fatty appendage of the falciform ligament. This condition can usually be treated conservatively with symptomatic care if it can be recognized in early stage. We report we treated a case of torsion of the falciform ligament appendage following Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-pancreaticography (ERCP) conservatively after it was diagnosed by ultrasound and CT.
